Excellence in customer service! We ordered a phone and it came but did not meet our expectations. I contacted customer service and they immediately came up with different options and possible solutions. Ultimately, we chose to return the phone and to buy something different. Customer service processed our refund within 24 hours of the phone being received back in their warehouse. The back and forth contact with referred was 10 fold what I expected. Very responsive!
