Quick turnaround when I sent back the 1st phone as it was not what I wanted. I wanted 1 with just an actual SIM card, not an e-sim card. I have not got the new mobile yet, so cannot say if it will be the correct one, but I am sure it will be.

Product excellent

Product excellent, however, using DPD for delivery lets you down. They said they tried to deliver twice but I was in both times. Picked up from pick up point in the end who said DPD were notorious for this.

I am with incapacity and blind

I am with incapacity and half blind, the phone I truly love and even with the scratch, bump don’t want to give it back but I understand it has too or I don’t get one without scratches if I don’t, as l have incapacity all have looked at all options for me, appreciate the servíce from both provider and refurbed, would highly recommend Escalat France and refurbished all excellently keep to their words and customer service is one of the best I have dealt with, I think also because if you are calm and honest, they get it and even manage to put a smile on your face. Its time to try and change the way we live and refurbished and its affiliate companies are all doing everything to make it possible! If you recycle your rubbish you care and so do these guys so give them the benefit of the doubt. Honestly Mark

A good choice

I received the laptop in a very short time. Considering it is a refurbished product, it arrived in excellent cosmetic condition. I definitely recommend purchasing a laptop from here.
